Bruno's Dinner Dash: You Snooze, You Lose

“Mmm yummy!” exclaimed Duchess, while rubbing her paws together. In front of her sat a large, juicy, piping hot steak, two mouthwatering sausages and a delicious egg, cooked sunny side up.

“I can’t wait to tuck into this!”

Little did Duchess know, Bruno was waiting around the corner for the perfect time to strike. In one quick move, he bolted in just as Duchess was about to take her first bite, picked up the entire meal with his mouth and chowed it down right in front of her.

“Hey! That was mine!” Duchess cried. “That was my only meal for the last two hours!”

“You snooze, you lose! teased Bruno as he licked his lips. “Thanks for the meal Duchess, that was delicious!”

Duchess glanced at Bruno, tummy rumbling, coming up with some way to get back at him.
