Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Australia: Flat rate shipping of $6.90 on all orders, and free shipping on orders over $99.00
  • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight, and shown before you complete your purchase.
  • The Complete Fallacy Bundle: Ships free to the USA and within Australia.

Delivery Times

  • Australia: Typically 2-8 business days with Australia Post, depending on your location.
  • United States: Typically 6-14 business days, tracked the whole way.
  • United Kingdom and Canada: Typically 1-3 weeks, tracked the whole way.
  • Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress through Australia Post's tracking system.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us straight away at info@duchessandbruno.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll work with Australia Post to sort it out as quickly as possible.
