Duchess the Super Cat: The Vacuum Cleaner Challenge

It was cleaning day and the house was abuzz. Duchess was sitting in the living room minding her own business and attempting to have a moment of peace from all the commotion. She did not like cleaning days at all.

“This sucks,” she said, “My plans to nap in the sun, ruined! My scheduled bathing time, turned on its head!” So there she sat, too grumpy to do anything. While she was deep in thought, Bruno was sneaking up behind her.

Bruno had turned on the vacuum cleaner to get a scare out of Duchess and he achieved exactly that. Scared out of her skin, Duchess jumped in the air, screaming before proceeding to bolt so fast she scaled the entire living room wall, ran upside down across the ceiling and then down the other side!

Bruno turned the vacuum cleaner off and looked at Duchess in awe. She stared back, as equally in awe as he was. “Wow.” Bruno said.“I had no idea i could do that…” Duchess said in disbelief. Exhilarated, she wondered off happily, leaving Bruno marvelling at her ability to climb walls and not even think anything of it.
