Burger Joint Meltdown!

Duchess is sitting at a burger place, her stomach grumbling, and she's stuck with Bruno - who's so glued to his phone he might as well be part of it. "Wanna know what I think of you?" she asks, steam practically coming out of her ears.

Wha...? Totally oblivious. Bruno doesn't even look up.

That's when Duchess has had it. Her head almost EXPLODES. Her language turns into a string of hilarious symbols that basically translate to "I AM GOING CRAZY RIGHT NOW!" 

But just as she starts yelling at the top of her voice, cursing in every symbol known to animal-kind, a construction crew starts jackhammering nearby, creating a noise so loud it could wake the dead. But Bruno, completely oblivious to the jackhammer and Duchess just sits there, looking like he's at a pleasant tea party.

When the jackhammer finally stops, Duchess is exhausted, mad, and ready to blow. But Bruno? He just looks at her and says the most Bruno thing possible: "Whatever you're mad about, it'll be okay."

This comic is a friendly reminder of how NOT to be a good lunch buddy. Sometimes, putting down the phone and actually listening might save you from a Duchess-sized meltdown!
