Meet the duo
Duchess is extraordinarily clever, fiercely independent and sceptical of everyone, especially the people running the game. She schemes when it suits her, spots the con when it doesn't, and every now and then gets caught out herself.
Bruno is her best mate, loyal to a fault and right there beside her, whatever she drags him into.
What we make
We take some of the worst decisions people have ever made, and the bad thinking behind them, and turn them into stories you'll actually want to read. Heavy stuff like the gulags and the guillotine, delivered with wit, never boredom.
Our first book, 24 Fallacies and the Historical Disasters That Followed, lands late December 2026. The game, What's That Fallacy?, is on the way.
