Eight posters covering the six levels of Bloom's Taxonomy - Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyse, Evaluate, Create - each one explained in plain language and demonstrated by Duchess and Bruno, who are not always good examples.

Comes with a 12-page black-and-white activity booklet that walks a reader through each level, with room to colour.

What you'll receive

  • 8 illustrated posters - one per thinking level, plus an overview
  • 12-page activity booklet - activities and colouring that work through each level
  • Print at home up to A3, A2 or A1

Why it's free

Bloom's Taxonomy sits underneath everything we make - the fallacy packs and the Comic Clues cards both run all six levels. This is the reference chart for it. It felt daft to charge teachers for the map when the thing worth having is the journey.

If it's useful on your wall, the fallacy packs and Comic Clues Story Cards are where the same thinking gets put to work.

Prefer them printed?

A professionally printed set is available above. Same eight posters, printed on quality stock and posted from the Gold Coast - for anyone who'd rather not fight their own printer.

Ages and curriculum

Suits roughly ages 10-14. The six levels map to Critical and Creative Thinking in the Australian Curriculum, cognitive rigour across US Common Core ELA and Maths, and the analytical and creative aims of the UK National Curriculum at Key Stages 2 and 3.
